Skills trainers assign homework to help clients practice the skills in their everyday lives. The full curriculum runs for 24 weeks and covers skills in four modules: Mindfulness, Interpersonal Effectiveness, Emotion Regulation, and Distress Tolerance. These skills are concrete and designed to be applied quickly in a wide variety of situations.
